Entrepreneurial Mentoring: Cultivating the Art – Halifax

The Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) and The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University present Entrepreneurial Mentoring: Cultivating the Art. This full-day workshop will help you: Clearly define your role(s) in the mentoring relationship Refine your skills in effectively challenging your mentees Skillfully communicate with mentees Consider new perspectives that can strengthen the mentoring relationship The inaugural sold-out workshop was held last spring in Toronto and was the first of its kind to provide CYBF mentors with opportunities to explore the common challenges faced by mentors along with powerful tools to help strengthen mentoring relationships.
