The full document can be downloaded here. The consultation is open until October 4, 2018. This will impact members with distribution centres and warehouses and those who use mobile equipment within their stores. The amendments also impact vehicles operated by or on behalf of the employer primarily to transport workers. Members who have interest in RCC responding to the proposed amendments are invited to contact Greg Wilson if they wish RCC to submit a response, or, wish to have input to such a response. 2. RCC will consult with members of the Retail Safety Society and other trade associations who face similar impact from the proposed amendments.
