Great Work Essentials: Resilience

I suspect one sure metric of doing Great Work is having that moment when you go: I’d like to give up now It’s all too hard, too confusing, too audacious, too dispiriting, too fast, too demanding, too big, too expensive, too complicated, too risky, too far, too far gone, too ambitious, too overwhelming . It’s all too much. And knowing that’s all true, resilience is when you decide to take the next step. “Inside of a ring or out, ain’t nothing wrong with going down. It’s staying down that’s wrong.” ~ Mohammad Ali Studies show that this isn’t a one-off thing. Resilience is a wall built with many bricks. What are the ways and means and practices you have to increase your own resilience?
