Great night last night at my synagogue Temple Emanu-El.  Did a traditional cooking demonstration for 200 wonderful guests.  Prepared a delicious white fish with leeks, fennels, cherry tomatoes and olives; an edamame and water chestnut salad; a “fried” green pea rice and chocolate mud pies for dessert.
