Why?

Why would you hire someone that did not fit in your business, and was not able to give maximum contribution to your business? Why would you create an environment where people could not enjoy their work, and give of their best? Why would you treat people in a way that makes the resent coming to work? Why would you spend money on developing people that will never have the ability to carry out the role required of them? Why would you push the business and your people so much that it ends up undermining the very value that made you a success? Why would you allow your managers to be more important than the people they lead? Why would you want to do anything other than please your customer so the customer comes back? Why would you not seek to engage your customer beyond their wildest expectations? Why would you ever want to be anything other than the best you can be?
